1. Eligibility for Returns
- Only non-personalized items are eligible for return or exchange. If the non-personalized item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date in mint condition, we will issue you Store Credits towards a different item or exchange for a different item of the same value.
- For custom items, all sales are final. However, we accept returns only for defective or damaged items.
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
- For exchange reasons not due to defective items, the cost of return shipping will be borne by customers.
2. Requesting a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or damaged item.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
- Follow the return request process above to request an exchange.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if your package is missing.
